Meet Pat McKenna - a heart attack survivor from Scotland who attributes her survival to cardiac rehabilitation.Pat was a non-smoker and a hillwalker with normal blood pressure and cholesterol but in 1999 she had a heart attack.
After having a double bypass operation she began walking on the hills again with the support of a cardiac rehab team.
She now mentors others and supports our campaign for high quality cardiac rehab treatment.
