Gutted that the Spice Girls tour has been cut short? Never mind, we're feeling pretty spicy here at the BHF.Why? Well firstly we've some fiery recipes to spice up your Valentine's night.
Then we'll be talking spice at the Zee Carnival at London's Olympia from 15-17 February.
We'll have a fantastic stall showcasing our useful publications including our Asian recipe book, children's activities and heart health information books.
