Be in Peak condition for our next ride

This weekend sees one of the BHF's most challenging bike rides - the Hearts First White Peak Challenge

The 29-mile ride through Derbyshire’s spectacular Peak District on Sunday (25 April) includes two or three very steep hills, so riders have to be very fit to tackle them - although you can always get off and push!
