Ruth asks do you collect stock donations in rural Scotland?

We have 661 shops and so have pretty good coverage. Unfortunately there are some areas of the UK which are difficult for us to collect from.

If you call our store locator phone line 0844 412 5000 you'll be put through to your local shop. The local shop will be able to let you know if we collect in your area.

If we do collect in your area, we also have a free collection service for those larger items and you can request a collection through our online form.
